By inviting, using, or interacting with the Onsight Monitor Discord bot (“the Bot”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

Description of Service

Onsight Monitor provides real-time alerts related to trade activity and market events on Polymarket and Kalshi. The Bot also provides links to our affiliated Telegram bot, Onsight, and third-party platforms that enable users to interact with and trade on specific markets. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.

Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use this Bot. By using Onsight Monitor, you confirm that you are permitted to use Discord.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Bot’s functionality.
  • Not use the Bot for malicious, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
  • Ensure you have permission to use the Bot in any server where you add it.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Bot.
  • Use the Bot to spam, harass, or harm others.

Compliance With Regional Restrictions & Trading Laws

By using Onsight Monitor, you acknowledge that alerts and links related to Polymarket, Kalshi, and affiliated Telegram trading bots may be subject to geographic, regulatory, and legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and platform rules in your jurisdiction. You may only access or act on trade-related alerts if permitted by law in your location. For reference: Onsight Monitor is not responsible for determining whether use of third-party trading platforms is lawful in your region. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, loss of access, or legal consequences.

Service Availability

The Bot is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onsight Monitor and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot.

Disclaimer

The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or reliability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
