6. Third-Party Trading
All trades, markets, order execution, settlements, and payouts occur directly on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Polymarket, Kalshi, and related services. Onsight may facilitate interactions or route user requests and may charge fees. However:- Onsight does not create, control, operate, or settle markets
- Onsight is not a counterparty to any trade
- All transactions occur through third-party infrastructure
7. Crypto Transactions & Irreversibility
All deposits, transfers, trades, and swaps are conducted using cryptocurrency and may involve third-party providers. You acknowledge that:- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
- Onsight cannot reverse or recover transactions
- You are responsible for verifying all transaction details
8. No Custody
Onsight does not custody funds, private keys, or seed phrases. You retain full control and responsibility over your wallet and digital assets at all times.9. Compliance With Regional Restrictions & Trading Laws
Onsight provides access to or facilitates interaction with third-party prediction market platforms, including Polymarket, Kalshi, and related services, through its web application and Telegram bot. Such third-party platforms may be subject to geographic, regulatory, and legal restrictions that vary by jurisdiction. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:- Your use of any third-party trading platforms complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction
- You are legally permitted to access and use such third-party services
- Onsight does not verify, monitor, or determine your eligibility to access or use any third-party trading platforms
- Onsight does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice
- Onsight disclaims all liability related to your use of third-party platforms, including violations of laws or third-party terms
- Onsight is not responsible for the availability, legality, or content of third-party services
10. Assumption of Risk
Prediction markets and cryptocurrency trading involve significant risks, including:- Loss of funds
- Market volatility
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Liquidity issues
- Third-party outages or failures
11. Fees
Onsight may charge fees for certain features. Any applicable fees will be disclosed within the Services. Third-party platforms may also charge fees outside of Onsight’s control.12. Data Usage
